chiamaka.taylor (Student) I actually think this too. The infrastructure improvements they've made in the last few years are real. New simulation labs, more faculty hires, better library resources.
meibello (Student) Adding to chiamaka.taylor (Student) point. What would actually move the needle is a stronger alumni network that actively recruits rotation sites. SGU built its reputation largely through that kind of alumni involvement.
ronalda (Alumni) Potential is there but execution is the question. For it to break into the top tier of Caribbean schools it needs to close the gap on Step pass rates and publish cleaner match data.
sclark563 (Student) Agree with ronalda (Alumni) on this. The location in Antigua is an asset they don't market enough. The cost of living is reasonable and the island itself is genuinely nice for two years. That matters for retention and performance.
zainab.jackson (Student) Building on what ronalda (Alumni) mentioned. I'll believe it when I see consistent residency match improvements. Right now it's a solid school with good potential, not the best yet. That's not an insult, just where the data sits.
anitab (Alumni) The faculty quality at AUA is genuinely good from my experience. If they can hold onto the strong professors and keep improving infrastructure the trajectory looks promising.
