joshir (Student) BoardVitals worked well for me as a supplement, mainly for the practice questions rather than video content.
charlottea (Student) joshir (Student) pretty much nailed it. Used a mix of Sketchy and Pathoma for basic sciences. Both held up well for retention compared to just reading notes
riverat (Student) Not with joshir (Student) on this one. Used free resources mostly, Anki decks and old NBME practice exams. Didn't pay for a full course and still did fine.
iyerr (Student) Same boat as charlottea (Student) here. Did a paid tutor for the last month before my exam. Expensive but the targeted weak area review was worth it for me personally
lisamoreau (Student) Kaplan's live course structure kept me on schedule when I needed external accountability. Wouldn't have finished dedicated study period otherwise.
bmitchell (Student) Boards and Beyond got me through physiology concepts way better than my actual lectures did.
rsingh (Student) OnlineMedEd helped me build a framework early, then I switched to UWorld heavy review closer to test date.
