My version was roughly this, Avalon is a CAAM-HP accredited school in Curacao with a small class size that gave me a lot of direct faculty access and individual clinical preparation. I then pivoted immediately to something concrete, a specific rotation experience, a research project, or a Step score context that grounded the answer in evidence rather than just describing the school. The key is not to linger on the school explanation itself. Answer it briefly and move the conversation toward what you did and what you can do. Program directors are ultimately asking whether you can function as a resident. If you answer the school question and then immediately demonstrate clinical competence and self-awareness, most interviewers move on pretty quickly. The ones who do not were probably not going to rank you regardless of how well you answered.
