The biggest mindset shift in preclinical you were graded on what you knw, on rotations you're evaluated on how you behave and how you learn in real time. So before content, get the professionalism right, show up early, be reliable, be genuinely interested, and be kind to nurses and patients. That alone puts you ahead of half your cohort. For content, learn how to present a patient concisely (one good structured format) and how to take a focused history. You won't know everything and that's expected, but you must be coachable, prepared, and pleasant. Read about your patients the night before. Effort is visible and it's rewarded.
