danielleyoung5520 (Alumni) yes absolutely and this is one of the most valuable things about being connected to older students in your program. there is definitely informal knowledge that gets passed down about which departments are better for english students, which attendings are known to be good teachers and comfortable in english, and which rotations you should come into with at least some basic hungarian prepared. senior students are usually pretty generous about sharing this if you ask directly. i would strongly recommend connecting with year 5 and 6 students before you start clinical rotations and just asking them to give you the honest breakdown department by department. that insider knowledge is more useful than anything the university will officially tell you.
